This is the personal site of Paul Burt. The intention of the site is to showcase my accessible web and print design work and act as an information resource about subjects that interest me.
I completed the British Heart Foundation South Downs Way Randonnée at the end of July 2009. This is one of the most extreme cross-country mountain bike events run in the UK. Starting from Winchester at 6am riders follow the whole of the South Downs Way to Eastbourne, a distance of 100 miles off-road with about 14,000ft total of climbs. I was very pleased to reduce my last year’s time of 15 hours to spot on 13 hours this year. A report of the ride is on the charity page.
